2. Purpose of the website

The website presents IronSpend's media buying, creative strategy and advertising infrastructure services to businesses. It is intended for professional users only and is not directed at consumers.

The information on the website is general and descriptive. It does not constitute a binding offer, a guarantee of results or professional advice. Any collaboration is subject to our review process, including business verification, and to a written agreement between the parties. Figures such as managed ad spend refer to past activity and do not predict future performance.

3. Advertising platforms

IronSpend is an independent agency. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or any other advertising platform. Meta, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe the platforms we work on. All advertising we manage is subject to each platform's own terms and advertising policies, which prevail in case of conflict.

4. Intellectual property

The IronSpend name and logo, and the texts, design and layout of this website, belong to IronSpend or its licensors. You may view and share pages of the website for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The Archivo typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or the contact form to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to impersonate another person or business, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, IronSpend is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Italian law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marsala, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that apply to you.
